Need to Repair and Paint the Church Interior |

Before the roof was repaired, water damaged much of the wall surfaces inside the church.
Although the church is watertight now, the peeling plaster and chipped paint are constant
reminders that more repair work needs to be done. The grey greenish and faded paint makes for
a very dark interior, the walls have patches in some places and are just plain shabby in others. We
also have no protective covering on the walls to prevent pieces of plaster from
falling down and this is something that needs correcting before we can paint. It’s
time to give our beautiful church interior the care and attention it deserves. |
